Message from Instructor
Taliko Tuladhar, Faculty
Hello future sonography students,
On behalf of ATI College, we are pleased to welcome new students into the ultrasound program.
My name is Dr. Taliko Tuladhar, the sonography instructor and externship coordinator. ATI College is an organization that educates and shapes students for acute clinical settings. We are committed to creating an exemplary academic environment where our future sonographers learn to handle ultrasound equipment and recognize human pathology.
I am happy to contribute my knowledge and time to help students build successful careers where
they are prepared to serve as providers in different medical environments including ER, ICU, and
general. With hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn, we will prepare you to reach your full potential in a medical career.
By joining our ultrasound program, our instructors will

Alumni’s Testimony
Jinhee Choi, 2021 graduates
Hi, my name is Jin Hee Choi. I graduated from ATI College in 2021 and I wanted to share my experience with those that are considering ATI College for their Ultrasound Technology program.
First of all, there are several reasons why I chose ATI College. I considered their tuition, class schedule, and the quality of hands-on practice. The tuition and the class schedule at this school were reasonable. But most of all, the teachers were good and they had enough
ultrasound machines for the students to use.
I enjoyed my time at the school and I met many students willing to help others. I also had a great opportunity to learn the protocols at the hospital during my clinical externship and really appreciate every staff and especially my instructor, Dr. Taliko, and the hospital staff for all
their help and guidance.
For these reasons, I recommend ATI College to my friends and families.
Externship
Adam Jacobo, Externship Coordinator
ATI College offers a variety of length of credited externships to its medical students. The externship will offer an opportunity to get hands-on experience in general sonography or echocardiography.
The purpose of the externship program is to prepare students for employment as Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Echocardiographer. ATI college offers externships at a variety of clinics and some hospitals such as Memorial Hospital of Gardena, Good SamaritanHospital, Trinity Ultrasound, Broadway Radiology, Sun Imaging, and Wilshire Cardiology Group to name a few.
Students will apply their knowledge in imaging principles concepts to produce diagnostic ultrasound images. As well as, patient care skills, exam room preparation, examination, expectations, and procedural care within the Ultrasound Technology scope of practice. They will utilize problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills while performing ultrasonographic procedures. Students will ultimately demonstrate competency in the performance of a full range of sonographic procedures on patients as entry-level technologists.
This important step is the beginning of the students’ potential career as a medical sonographer or
echocardiographer.
